Vodka is a friendship Power support, and most builds want two Power cards in the deck. Her max-level numbers land exactly where you want them. 35% Friendship Bonus and 40% Mood Effect, plus a chunky 65 Specialty Priority that keeps her parked on the Power tile so the rainbow sessions actually fire. The Lv30 unique piles on another +10 Friendship Bonus and +20 Specialty Priority, pushing her appearance rate and bond gain ahead of most cards at her rarity. Round it off with a 25 starting Friendship Gauge and a 25 Power stat bonus. No dead weight in the kit.
The skill list is where she sags. Hints lean on straightaway and Tokyo-course passives like Straightaway Acceleration, Slick Surge and Updrafters. Fine filler. None of it is the premium speed or recovery gold that defines the cards above her. Her training events feed Power and skill points along with the Updrafters and Breath of Fresh Air hints, so they’re steady but never spicy.
Quick rundown:

- Lv30 unique is a meaningful bond and appearance boost
- Hint pool stays situational. No headline gold
- She loses the ceiling fight to the type’s chase cards
Run a Power slot without a better friendship option? Build her, no hesitation. As a pull she’s a fine grab, not a hard-pity target.
