[Mag!c Number] Air Shakur
SSR
Speed
Analysis
Section titled “Analysis”Tier C. A passable free Speed card to plug a hole in a new account, but the thin Friendship Bonus, total lack of Training Effectiveness, and sluggish bond start bench it the moment you pull anything real.
Air Shakur is a Story Event freebie, so judge it as an early stopgap and nothing more. By that standard it does the job. Specialty Priority hits 50 at max, so she stays parked in Speed training and feeds rainbows reliably. You also get a tiny +1 Power Bonus, a 5% Race Bonus, and 10% on Fans, which smooths out a Career run.
The fundamentals are where it falls apart. Friendship Bonus caps at 20%, embarrassing for an SSR, and there’s no Training Effectiveness anywhere on the sheet. That second stat is the whole reason Speed SSRs carry decks. Initial Friendship Gauge sits at a flat 20, so bond crawls and you spend extra turns waiting for friendship training to even turn on. The Lv40 unique is a conditional +80, not a flat training buff, so it can’t patch over the missing basics.
The skill kit reads better than it plays. You get Serenity, a rare skill, but it’s locked behind End Closer and saddled with a clunky block condition, so it misses a lot. Eager and Pace Strategy off events are fine filler. The End Closer corner and straightaway hints only matter if you’re already running a Closer.
- Pro: free, Specialty Priority of 50, decent Race/Fan bonuses for an easy Career.
- Con: 20% Friendship cap and zero Training Effectiveness.
- Con: slow bond ramp, plus a rare skill too niche to count on.
Run it while your Speed pool is empty. Drop it the day a proper Speed card shows up.
