Tier A. A scaling Power SSR: a top-shelf trainer once she hits MLB, dead weight at low LB.

El Condor Pasa is the friendship-trainer Power slot you slot into Power-heavy builds and Power-favoring scenarios. The numbers do the talking. 20% Friendship Bonus and 40% Mood Effect at Lv45, then 10% Training Effectiveness at Lv50 and a 10% Race Bonus at cap. Her Lv30 unique stacks Friendship Bonus +10 and Specialty Priority +20 onto the base 50, so once she’s bonded she camps the Power tile and procs rainbows like clockwork. Initial Power 20 plus a 25 Friendship Gauge means she’s warm out of the gate.

Skills are where she sags. Killer Tunes and Stamina to Spare from events earn their keep as filler. The hint list is mostly positional and condition stuff (Pace Chaser Straightaways, Sunny Days, Standard Distance), no gold proc to build a deck around. She’s a stat machine, not a skill provider.

The real wrinkle is competition. Power is stacked, and her whole value lives at high limit break. Run her at 0-1LB and the bonuses are too thin to justify the slot. C-tier bench. Get her to MLB and she’s a genuine top Power pick.

• Cons: thin skill payload, useless without heavy LB, fighting a crowded type

Build her if good copies fall into your lap. Pulling on purpose only pays off if you’re going all the way to MLB.
