Section titled “Analysis”Tier A. A premium Speed friendship card for runner builds, carried by a sharp Front Runner skill list and one of the better Speed uniques, but it sits a half-step under the very top.
Suzuka is a friendship-type Speed SSR built to raise a Front Runner, and the numbers are exactly what a meta Speed slot wants. Friendship Bonus hits 35% maxed. Mood Effect tops out at 40%. Specialty Priority sits at 65, so she piles into Speed tiles relentlessly, and with the bond gauge starting at 25 you get rainbow Speed training early and often.
The Lv30 unique is the real reason to pull her. It adds Mood Effect +15 on top of the base 40 and bumps Hint Frequency +20, so her hints fire constantly. And the hint pool actually fits the archetype: Front Runner Straightaways and Corners, Savvy circle, Leader’s Pride, Early Lead. That’s a runner kit you’d normally grind out one card at a time. Events lean Speed with a small Power touch and reliable Restart, Focus, and Unrestrained hints.
Why she’s A and not S: she’s fighting the strongest Speed friendship cards directly, and a couple of them beat her on raw friendship value with tighter skill lists. The Power in events barely registers. The skills do nothing for you if you aren’t running a Front Runner.
