[Tracen Academy] Mejiro McQueen
R
Stamina
Analysis
Section titled “Analysis”Tier D. Disposable early-career stamina filler that any SR or SSR stamina card outclasses the second you own one.
This is the base R for Mejiro McQueen, the body you run when your stamina bench is bare and there’s nothing better sitting in your box. The bonuses make the case against it. Friendship caps at 20% by Lv40, Mood Effect tops out at 25%, and everything else is noise: Race Bonus stalls at 5%, Fan Bonus at 10%, and the only secondary stat help is one lonely point of Guts at Lv40. The Initial Friendship Gauge maxes at 20, a sliver of early bond rather than anything you’d build around. Specialty Priority does reach 50, so at least it leans into stamina training instead of wandering off-type.
The hint list is the one genuine selling point. Stamina to Spare, Deep Breaths, and Hydrate are real recovery and stamina hints, with Keeping the Lead plus the Kyoto and Long corner passives padding things out for front-runners. Worth fishing if you’re truly scraping.
Then competition shows up. No unique effect means zero rainbow potency, and with no training events on the card you get no event stat trickle either. SR stamina options and the SSR McQueen builds bury it on friendship, specialty, and stat gain. Super Creek stays the stamina answer.
- Pros: legit recovery hints (Stamina to Spare, Deep Breaths, Hydrate); specialty priority 50 keeps training on-type
- Cons: 20% friendship cap; no unique effect; no event support; free to grab, so it has no pull value either
