Analysis
Section titled “Analysis”Tier C. A passable budget Power SR with a decent friendship bonus, but the flimsy unique and filler skills keep her out of any Power build worth running on Global.
First, don’t mix this up with the meta Fine Motion Wit SSR everyone farms for. This is her SR Power version, the kind of card you slot on an early-game board when you don’t have better. The friendship bonus climbs to 25% at Lv45, which is fine for an SR and basically the only reason to run her over a plain stat card. Training Effectiveness tops out at 10% and Specialty Priority lands at 35, so she’ll actually show up in Power training and rainbow when bonded.
Then the cracks show. Her Lv25 unique is barely there: a flat +1 Power Bonus plus +15 starting bond. The bond jump helps you rainbow sooner, but +1 to a stat bonus does almost nothing, and there’s no friendship or training percentage folded into the unique like the cards you’d rather own. Skill-wise it’s all soft conditionals. Right-Handed, Fall Runner, Outer Post Proficiency. The event payout is Steadfast, a recovery green that won’t change how a race finishes.
- Pros: 25% friendship bonus, 35 Specialty Priority, +15 starting bond
- Cons: near-useless +1 Power unique, zero gold skills, generic hints, only earns her spot near MLB
Global’s Power slot already has cheap SRs that earn their keep at max limit break. She loses that comparison. Run her if she’s literally the Power body you’ve got for early scenarios. Skip the pulls.
