[First-Rate Plan] King Halo

Analysis
Section titled “Analysis”Tier B. A throwaway F2P Speed filler that only justifies a deck slot at max limit break, where the 20% friendship bonus and high specialty priority turn her into a passable budget stat stick.
King Halo is a bargain-bin Speed card. Her one job is feeding Speed training and lighting up friendship sessions, nothing fancier. The kit is plain but it works. Friendship Bonus caps at 20%, Training Effectiveness reaches 5%, and the Lv25 unique tacks on Speed Bonus +1 with Initial Speed +20. The number that actually matters is Specialty Priority, which hits 60 at Lv40. That keeps her glued to the Speed tile instead of drifting off to random training, so the rainbow procs you want show up far more often. Initial Friendship Gauge tops out at 25 to get those sessions firing sooner.
Investment is the whole story. Run her at low LB and the bonuses are thin while the priority sits too low to trust, so she barely beats a no-name SR. Get her to MLB and she flips into a genuinely usable budget Speed pick that can edge past rival SR speeds. Her hint pool is fine for the slot: Corner Recovery, Wait-and-See, Gap Closer, plus a Homestretch Haste event skill.
- Pros: 20% friendship plus 60 specialty priority plus the Speed unique make a real MLB stat stick. Solid hint coverage.
- Cons: dead weight below LB3. No rainbow tricks beyond raw bonuses. Any SSR Speed you own buries her.
Build her if she’s already maxed and your SSR Speed bench is shallow. Spending extra copies on her is a waste. Take what the gacha gives and move on.
