Analysis
Section titled “Analysis”Tier D. A disposable R Wit filler for the first few Career runs that any SR or SSR Wit benches the second you own one.
Ikuno Dictus is a plain R Wit card, so she lives in the recovery and skill-point corner of a deck. Wit training is where you heal energy and farm skill points, and a Wit support sitting in those sessions can rainbow them. Her stat lines are pure R-tier: Friendship Bonus caps at 15%, Training Effectiveness at 10%, Initial Wit gives a small 25 head start, and Specialty Priority is a thin 35. The Lv40 perk is a single Skill Point. That last number does basically nothing. Fine for limping a low-stakes Career to the finish, and not a card you build around.
Her real problem is the competition. Any Wit slot you care about wants Fine Motion, with Marvelous Sunday as the budget option, and both carry much stronger multipliers plus deeper kits. Dictus mostly hands out defensive recovery hints like Lay Low, Calm in a Crowd, and Studious, with Sharp Gaze and Hawkeye covering vision. None of those are bad. You’ll just pull them off better cards anyway.
- Pros: free, Wit-typed for skill-point sessions, an okay recovery hint pool, a tiny Initial Wit bump.
- Cons: R-tier multipliers, weak Specialty Priority, a throwaway Lv40 bonus, replaced instantly by any Wit SR or SSR.
Skip the limit breaks. Run her until your first Wit SR shows up, then she rides the bench permanently.
