How it works

Activates when the distance type of the current race is mile, picks a random point during the selected phase. The skill will activate there if all other conditions are met is Mid-Race, and while placed 3 or better. The listed effect lasts about 3 seconds. Effect: effect type 21 -0.15 (known values: -0.025, -0.035, -0.05, -0.15, -0.2, -0.25, -0.3), speed increase 0.15 (known values: 0.025, 0.035, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2, 0.25, 0.3, 0.35, 0.4, 0.45, 0.5, 0.55, 0.6, 0.65).
