[Tracen Academy] Twin Turbo

Support card art for [Tracen Academy] Twin Turbo R Speed

Tier D. Empty-box filler you bench the second any SR or SSR Speed card shows up.

First thing: this is the R Twin Turbo, not the SSR. Easy mistake, very different card. The R is the stock Speed shell with nothing dressed up. Friendship Bonus caps at a sad 15% maxed out. Mood Effect reaches 35%, and the Speed bonus is a flat 1 that won’t even appear until Lv40. Initial Friendship Gauge tops out at 20, with light hint frequency (30%) and a 35 specialty priority filling the rest of the sheet.

The 15% Friendship cap is what kills it. Speed cards justify a slot by driving fat rainbow training, and 15% is about half of what a usable SR gives you. An SSR isn’t even in the conversation. The thin starting bond gauge hurts too, since you’ll grind extra turns before the bar fills enough to trigger friendship training. The skills are perfectly fine for an R. Early Lead as the event skill, plus runner hints like Competitive Spirit, Target in Sight, and Leader’s Pride. You can pull every one of those off a better card though.

Never spend a pull chasing it. Run it for your opening careers if your Speed pool is genuinely bare, then drop it the moment something better lands.

  • Pros: Mood Effect scales to 35%, runner-leaning hints, costs nothing.
  • Cons: 15% Friendship ceiling, one flat Speed point, slow bond ramp, any SR beats it.
