How it works

Activates when your running strategy is End Closer, picks a random point during the selected phase. The skill will activate there if all other conditions are met is Late-Race, and your current position in the race as a percentage is above 50. The listed effect lasts about 3 seconds. Effect: effect type 8 15 (known values: 5, 10, 15, -3, -5, -10).
