[An Annoying Supervisor] Vodka
SR
Speed
Analysis
Section titled “Analysis”Tier B. Serviceable SR Speed filler with a real 25% Friendship Bonus and a decent Lv25 unique, but she’s a box-luck pick, never a pull target.
Speed is the most fought-over slot in any deck, so an SR has to justify the spot. Vodka clears the low bar without doing much more. Her Friendship Bonus caps at 25% with a 50% Mood Effect, the standard SR ceiling, which is enough to make rainbow Speed turns worth taking once bond is built. The Lv25 unique is the real reason to bother: +5 Training Effectiveness and +20 Hint Frequency. That genuinely lifts her over the floor of SR Speed options. Initial Friendship Gauge tops out at 20, Specialty Priority sits at a high 35, and she throws in a token +1 Power plus 5% Race Bonus.
The skill kit is where she narrows hard. Hints lean on straightaway recovery and acceleration, with Tokyo and Mile/Medium straight coverage. Slick Surge and Updrafters are the spicier hits. Great if your trainee runs those courses. Dead weight otherwise, and that high Hint Frequency means you’ll proc plenty of skills you’ll never use.
Any SSR Speed card in your box buries her, and she has to beat every other Speed SR just to make the team. Build her only when your Speed bench is thin or you want a cheap straightaway-skill feeder.
- Pros: 25% Friendship, 50% Mood, strong Lv25 unique, high Specialty Priority
- Cons: straightaway-locked hints, no real stat gains, outclassed by every SSR Speed card
