Support card art for [Touching Sleeves Is Good Luck! ♪] Matikanefukukitaru SSR Speed

Tier B. A high-roll budget Speed card that carries a fresh account through early career, then warms the bench the second a real meta Speed SSR shows up.

Fukukitaru is a Speed SSR that barely trains Speed. Her kit stacks Training Effectiveness (5% at Lv35, 10% at Lv40) on top of a unique that hands you Mood Effect +15 and Failure Protection +10 at Lv30, so she plays like a generalist friend card wearing a Speed jersey. The real reason to run her is the stat package. By Lv50 every stat starts at +30, which front-loads your career and makes the junior races a formality.

Here’s the problem. She has no specialty priority, so she wanders to whatever board she lands on and almost never gives you clean rainbow Speed. RNG sets her ceiling, hence the “gamba” rep. The event chain piles onto that gamble. Three randomized choices can drop up to +7 across the board plus 77 skill points and a Lucky Seven hint, or they cough up a handful of bond points and nothing else. Her skills are filler. Lucky Seven and Super Lucky Seven won’t move a build, and the hints (Hakodate Racecourse, Calm in a Crowd, Trick Rear) aren’t worth chasing.

She’s also a max-or-nothing card. The +30 stats and the protection effect only land near full uncap, so a single copy feels flat and you really want LB3 or LB4 before she earns a slot.

  • Pro: +30 to all initial stats, 20% Friendship plus 10% Training Eff, failure protection, free early skill points
  • Con: no specialty priority, placement is pure RNG, dead skill list, demands heavy uncap

Pull her if she’s free or your account is starved for Speed SSRs. Drop her the moment a meta Speed card lands.
