Tier B. A cheap Club Points pickup that props up an early Front Runner Speed bench, but thin Friendship Bonus and zero bond keep her well short of meta.

She’s a shop card you grab with Club Points, so the question isn’t pulling, it’s how many copies to feed her. The selling point is Specialty Priority reaching 50 at max level, which parks Suzuka on Speed tiles a lot. Add Trackblazer, a genuinely rare recovery skill for runners (Medium only), plus a tidy Front Runner hint package: Focus, Early Lead, Final Push, Leader’s Pride, and the savvy/straightaway/corner ○ set.

Bonding is the problem. Friendship Bonus caps at 25%, soft compared to what gacha Speed SSRs throw out, and Initial Friendship Gauge only climbs to 10. The Scenery chain events don’t hand back any bond either, so she’s sluggish getting into rainbow Friendship Training. Her Lv40 unique is a flat +5 Training Effectiveness and +5 Race Bonus. Nice, won’t carry her. Speed Bonus is a single point.

Good pickup if:

Your Speed bench is shallow and you’re running a front-runner. The priority and skill kit pull weight early.

Bench her once:

A real gacha Speed SSR with 30%+ Friendship Bonus shows up.

Take her to LB3 with Club Points since that 50 priority leans on the uncaps. Past that she’s a placeholder for your eventual endgame Speed core, nothing you build around long term.
