How it works
Section titled “How it works”Activates when the distance type of the current race is mile, picks a random point during the selected phase. The skill will activate there if all other conditions are met is Early-Race, your current position in the race as a percentage is above 50, and the number of seconds since the race has started is 3 or later. The listed effect lasts about 3 seconds. Effect: stamina recovery -0.3 (known values: 0.025, 0.05, 0.07, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, -0.05, -0.1, -0.2, -0.3, -1.6, -18), effect type 9 0.015 (known values: 0.0035, 0.005, 0.015, 0.035, 0.055, 0.075, 0.095, -0.0025, -0.005, -0.01, -0.02, -0.03, -0.04, -1).
