[Nothing Escapes the Vice Prez] Air Groove
SR
Guts
Analysis
Section titled “Analysis”Tier B. A clean SR Guts card that does its one job fine, but Guts caps out fast, so it’s a filler body, not a pull target.
She’s the SR Guts slot. Most decks run exactly one Guts support, and her kit covers that role without embarrassing itself. Friendship Bonus reaches 20%. Mood Effect hits 30%, then the Lv25 unique stacks another +15 on top of that, giving her a genuinely high Mood ceiling. You also get 10% Training Effectiveness, Specialty Priority climbing to 60 so she actually lands on the Guts tile, and a small race bump (base 5% Race Bonus plus another +5 from the unique). No dead spots in the spread.
The card isn’t the problem. Guts is. The stat is strong early and falls off hard somewhere past 300-500, so you’re slotting one Guts support at most, and that one slot has real competition from SSRs and the speed/stamina SRs you’d rather run. Her hints lean closer and pacing (End Closers, Pace Strategy, Up-Tempo), with Straightaway Acceleration as the free event skill. Decent filler procs. Not a kit you’d build a runner around.
- Pros: tall Mood ceiling once the unique lands, solid Friendship and Training Effectiveness for an SR, Specialty Priority that keeps her on-type, a free Straightaway Acceleration.
- Cons: Guts is a one-card-max stat with weak late-game upside, closer-skewed hints, nothing here that beats a good SSR.
Run her if you own her and need a Guts body to push a trainee over a stat check. Don’t burn pulls on it.
