Tier B. A solid free Speed SSR that earns a roster slot early, then quietly retires once your real meta Speed cards show up.

Brian’s Friendship Bonus caps at 30%, which is the threshold you actually need before Speed rainbows start paying off. That alone makes her trainable. The Lv40 unique stacks +20 Initial Speed with another +1 Speed Bonus on top of the Lv35 bonus, so a leveled copy chips in real per-session Speed. Race Bonus tops out at 5%, Fan Bonus at 10%. Fine for chasing fan goals, but nobody pulls for those.

Here’s why she’s good. You buy her from the shop. No banner gambling to MLB her, and a fully uncapped free card stomps a single off-banner copy of anything fancier. She out-trains the older free Speed options without much argument.

The kit is where things get mushy. Specialty Priority sits at 35, low for a Speed card, so she won’t camp the Speed tile the way premium units do. Skill hints scatter across Medium and Long lanes (Medium Straightaways, Long Straightaways, Medium Corners), thin enough that fishing one specific hint gets old. Shatterproof reads shaky on Pace Chasers, and you can grab Lone Wolf cheaper from other sources. Two of her events also bleed 10 Energy each, so don’t sleep on those.
