[Cheer that Changed the World] Seeking the Pearl
SSR
Speed
Analysis
Section titled “Analysis”Tier C. A serviceable budget Speed friendship card that holds up at low uncaps but folds the second a real Speed SSR lands, so don’t pull for it.
The friendship engine is all here. Max level gets you 30% Friendship Bonus, and the unique kicks in another +8 to training effectiveness once it lights up at Lv30. Specialty Priority is the part that actually sells the card: 50 at Lv30, 65 at MLB. That keeps it glued to the Speed tile, so rainbows come consistently. Stack on 30 Initial Friendship Gauge and +30 Initial Power and you’ve got a card that pulls its weight even at 0 limit breaks. On an early roster or one short on stamina copies, that floor is genuinely useful.
Everything wrapped around the friendship core feels undercooked, though. Race Bonus drags from 1% up to 5%, which guts any Trackblazer or fan-farming plan unless you fully uncap it. The skill kit is broad but has no focus. The headline gold from events, Dauntless, procs somewhere random in the back half, so you can’t actually plan a build around it. Friendship-only Speed cards rise and fall on the next release, and Global already has Maruzensky and Agnes Tachyon queued up.
- Pros: 30% friendship plus the unique boost, 65 Specialty Priority, real 0LB value, +30 initial Power
- Cons: 5% race bonus ceiling, flaky Dauntless timing, unfocused skills, powercreep incoming
Slot it in if you already own copies and need Speed right now. Spending pulls to chase it is a mistake.
