[Even the Littlest Bud] Nishino Flower
SSR
Speed
Analysis
Section titled “Analysis”Tier C. A cheap friendship Speed SSR with friendly mood and good bond, but its 20% Friendship cap benches it the second a real Speed card lands.
Every Career deck wants a friendship Speed card in the slot, and Flower technically qualifies. The problem is the ceiling. Friendship Bonus stops at 20% (Lv45), and premium Speed SSRs blow past that figure with ease. Speed is the stat your whole build leans on, so every missing point of rainbow output stings here. The flat +1 Speed Bonus at Lv35 does nothing to patch the hole.
What Flower actually does well is keep the wheels turning. Mood Effect hits 30%, and the Lv30 unique tacks on +15 mood plus +15 Initial Friendship Gauge, so bond fills quickly and your good-mood runs stay parked in green. Add 10% Training Effectiveness, 30 Initial Speed, and a 50% hint rate. The skills are serviceable filler. Beeline Burst and Straightaway Adept come off the events, Countermeasure sits in the kit, and hints cover Updrafters plus Pace Chaser Corners ○. Nothing in there shapes a build.
- Pros: quick bond from the unique, solid mood scaling, free out of the standard pool
- Cons: 20% Friendship cap is too low for Speed, no real stat bump, skills are mid
Run it at high MLB while your account is still thin and it pulls honest weight as a placeholder. Burning pulls on it is a waste, and a stronger Speed SSR retires it on arrival.
