[Tracen Academy] Gold City

Support card art for [Tracen Academy] Gold City R Speed

Tier D. A bare-bones R Speed card that plugs a Career deck hole in a pinch, but it folds to nearly any SR or SSR, so skip building it.

Gold City’s R Speed card exists to warm a deck slot at the start of a Career run until something real shows up. The Friendship Bonus reaches 15% at Lv35, and that one line is the only part pulling its weight. The rest is thin. Mood Effect stalls at 25%, Training Effectiveness limps to 5%, and the entire stat payout is a lonely +1 Power at Lv40. Initial Friendship Gauge tops out at 20 points, which barely trims a turn off bond-building.

The real damage is structural. No unique effect, no specialty priority. Nothing pushes the card onto the Speed tile, so your rainbow training comes down to dice rolls. The hint kit is just as forgettable. Sapporo Racecourse and Watchful Eye only matter in narrow spots, Acceleration is a generic green, and A Small Breather is recovery filler.

Quick rundown:

  • Free, trivial to MLB, hands you a usable 15% friendship line.
  • Zero specialty priority means no dependable Speed rainbows.
  • 5% training effectiveness and a flat +1 Power do basically nothing.
  • No unique, generic hints across the board.

The competition buries it. Even bargain-bin Speed SRs show up with actual specialty priority and stat lines this card can’t reach. Slot it as a placeholder if your box is empty. Spending pulls or limited mats on it makes no sense.
