[Get Lots of Hugs for Me] Oguri Cap

Power
Analysis
Section titled “Analysis”Tier B. A solid friendship-and-mood Power card with a thin stat payload. Build it if it’s in your box, but it’s not worth chasing past the genre leaders.
Friendship-bond Power is the most fought-over slot in the game, and Oguri has the right pieces. You get a 20% Friendship Bonus at Lv45 and a fat 60% Mood Effect at Lv50. Specialty Priority of 35 keeps her glued to the Power tile, so the rainbow sessions actually show up instead of scattering across the board. Hint Frequency lands at 40% with a deep pool (Corner Acceleration, Acceleration, Homestretch Haste, plus Hydrate), so she pulls double duty as a hint stick.
Everything past the multipliers runs lean, though. Training Effectiveness caps at +10%. The Power Bonus is a measly +1, and the Lv30 unique only nudges it to +2. Initial Power gives a one-time +20, and the Initial Friendship Gauge tops out at a flat 25. Fine for kicking bond off, forgettable otherwise. Stack her against the Power cards people actually run and the per-session stat gain falls behind. The unique barely moves the needle. You’re riding the friendship and mood numbers to carry the whole card.
So here’s the read:
- Build it if you own it, especially early or in a Power-starved deck. It does the friendship-trainer job cleanly.
- Skip the pull on Global. Failure protection and reroll support earn their slot more, and the top Power cards just out-stat her where it counts.
