Tier B. A solid filler Power card that earns its slot off Swinging Maestro and a Unity Cup link, but the friendship math leaves her behind the top Power SSRs.

Rice Shower does the standard Power-support job without fuss. Friendship Bonus maxes at 30% with 10% Training Effectiveness from the support effect, and her unique kicks in at Lv30 for another +5 effectiveness on top of a Stamina Bonus. That bonus effectiveness is the real draw since it sticks with her on any board she lands on, so even off-type rainbow turns squeeze out a little extra. Specialty Priority hitting 50 keeps her glued to Power. Race and fan bonuses (5% race, 10% fan at max) are fine background filler.

You run her for the kit, honestly. Her event chain hands you Swinging Maestro, a corner recovery skill that genuinely earns its keep on Medium and Long, and it comes from a reliable chain instead of a coin-flip career event. Passing Pro and Firm Conditions fill out the rest. Hints lean toward conditional pace-chaser debuffs and greens, so don’t go in expecting much PvP ace value.

The problem is the company she keeps. Power is stacked, and her friendship cap plus effectiveness land a tier under the best-in-slot options. She’s a stat-and-recovery body, nothing meta-bending.

Pros: +5 effectiveness unique, guaranteed Swinging Maestro, Unity Cup link (Blue Bloom team, Cooldown).
Cons: 30% friendship cap. Mediocre hints. Outclassed by top Power cards.

Best fit is Long and Medium runners. Pull her if your Power bench is thin or you’re grinding Unity Cup.
