[Lifting Your Spirits] Nishino Flower
SR
Power
Analysis
Section titled “Analysis”Tier C. Serviceable early-game Power filler whose strong Specialty Priority can’t make up for a 20% Friendship Bonus and a white-only skill kit, so it benches itself the second you pull anything real.
Nishino Flower is the body you park in Power training while you build toward cards that actually matter. The one thing it does well is Specialty Priority hitting 50 at Lv45, which keeps it glued to Power and gives you steady rainbow odds. You also get Initial Power 20 and a 25 Initial Friendship Gauge at max, so bond starts a touch ahead. The Lv25 unique stacks Mood Effect +15 and Race Bonus +5 onto the base Mood Effect 40 and Race Bonus 10.
Here’s where it falls apart. Friendship Bonus tops out at 20%, and that number alone is the line between a meta trainer and a warm body. 20% just doesn’t push enough stat per rainbow turn to matter. Power Bonus sits at a flat 1. The skills don’t save it either: hints are Hanshin Racecourse, Standard Distance, Firm Conditions, Updrafters, and Pace Chaser Corners, plus event Straightaway Adept and Straightaway Acceleration. Every one is white and situational. No gold to teach.
Quick read:
- Plus: high Specialty Priority, okay starting stats, cheap to MLB
- Minus: 20% Friendship cap, zero gold skill, off-meta straightaway hints
Vodka and Mejiro Palmer both beat it flat on training output and slot into the same Power spot. Run Nishino Flower only when it’s genuinely your best Power option early. Spending pulls to chase it would be a mistake.
