[Lamplit Training of a Witch-to-Be] Sweep Tosho
SR
Speed
Analysis
Section titled “Analysis”Tier A. The Speed SR you actually slot, and the best free one on Global until a maxed SSR shoves it out.
Speed is the slot nobody wants to fill on the cheap, and Sweep Tosho is the SR that does it without making you wince. At max you get 30% Friendship Bonus and 40% Mood Effect, both top-of-class numbers for the rarity. The Lv25 unique stacks +5 Training Effectiveness and +20 Hint Frequency on top of the baseline +5 Training Effectiveness, so a rainbow Speed turn actually hits. Specialty Priority 50 keeps it sitting on Speed instead of wandering off into Stamina rotations.
The skill list does a lot of lifting too. Hints cover Slipstream, both flavors of Trick, and I Can See Right Through You, with Levelheaded and Lone Wolf coming off events. The training events themselves are clean Speed and skill points. No random stat scatter to babysit.
The weak spot is passive numbers. Race Bonus tops out at 5% and there’s no flat Speed-stat line, so it’s living off friendship and mood instead of free stats. The moment a maxed Kitasan or a fully-built premium Speed SSR is ready, this goes to the bench.
- Pros: 30% friendship, 40% mood, a unique that buffs both training and hints, tidy Speed-only events, a deep hint pool, costs nothing.
- Cons: thin race bonus, no stat-bonus line, gets benched by any maxed SSR.
Got copies? Build it. It holds the Speed slot until something better shows up.
