Plain vanilla R Power. Friendship Bonus tops out at 20%, Mood Effect at 25%, and Specialty Priority reaches 50 by Lv40, so it parks itself on Power tiles and hands you something close to rainbow training once the bond is up. The stat support is where it falls apart. You get a single point of Stamina Bonus at Lv40 and a Race Bonus that crawls to 5%. There’s an Initial Friendship Gauge of 20 at Lv35, which gets the friendship proc online a touch earlier. Don’t expect much from it.
Skill kit is the standard R-card grab bag. The hints lean recovery and late-position stuff (Stamina to Spare, Straightaway Spurt, End Closer Straightaways, plus the Pace Chaser and End Closer Savvy whites), and the event drops Hesitant End Closers on you. No golds. Nothing that shapes a build.
The real problem is the company it keeps. A maxed SR, or even a barely limit-broken SSR Power card, runs circles around it on friendship gain and skill quality, and Global has plenty of those sitting in the gacha. A fully limit-broken copy can edge out an unbroken higher rarity in a pinch, so it’s fine as free filler in early Career runs. Pulling for it would be a waste.

- Cons: 1 Stamina Bonus, anemic Race Bonus, all-white skill pool, buried by any genuine Power SR/SSR
