[Tracen Academy] Vodka

Support card art for [Tracen Academy] Vodka R Power

Tier C. Fine as early-Career Power filler, instantly benched the second any SR or SSR Power card lands in your box.

Baseline R Power, the card you run while your box is still empty. Maxed, it pushes a 20% Friendship Bonus with a 25% Mood Effect, decent numbers for an R, and the Specialty Priority of 50 means it actually lands in Power training often enough to matter. Everything else is bare. Power Bonus is a flat +1. Race Bonus caps at 5%. Starting bond sits at 20, so you burn the opening turns just dragging it toward rainbow range.

The killer is the missing unique effect. SR and SSR Power cards stack training bonuses or stat support or extra hints on top of the same basics, and they bury this thing on raw output. Hints don’t save it either. They’re mostly straightaway and Tokyo procs (Straightaway Acceleration, Slick Surge, Updrafters, Tokyo Racecourse), good only if your race plan touches those tracks. Nimble Navigator is the lone event skill that helps anyone.

Don’t pull for it. You already own it. Drop it in at fourth or fifth Power slot for a starter deck, then bench it the instant a [Winning Ticket] or literally any SR Power turns up.

  • Pros: good Mood Effect, high Specialty Priority, costs nothing
  • Cons: no unique effect, flat +1 Power, tiny starting bond, hints stuck on straightaway and Tokyo
