Section titled “Analysis”Tier B. A clean front-runner Power SSR that does its job, but El Condor Pasa quietly outscales her on the raw training math.
She fills the Power slot, which is the stat most decks come up short on once Speed is handled. The SSR fundamentals check out. Friendship Bonus caps at 20%, Mood Effect climbs to a strong 60%, and Specialty Priority sits at 35 so she actually camps Power tiles instead of drifting off-type. The Lv30 unique tacks on Power Bonus +1 plus a flat +20 Initial Power, so you start with a stat you’d normally grind toward. Round it off with a 25 Initial Friendship Gauge and 40% Hint Frequency.
The kit is the real reason to run her. Groundwork and Prudent Positioning both come off her events. The hint pool then hands you Front Runner Savvy, Top Pick, Center Stage, and Final Push. Drop her into a Power-heavy oonige or pace-control build and the positioning skills basically come bundled.
The catch is who she’s standing next to. El Condor Pasa’s Power SSR runs 50 Specialty Priority and a 10% race bonus, and on pure training output she pulls ahead. Falcon’s Stamina Bonus is a token +1, so there’s no off-type padding worth counting.
- Pros: 60% Mood, +20 Initial Power, deep front-runner skill list, sticky Specialty.
- Cons: 20% Friendship is baseline, El Condor Pasa outscales her, the kit only earns its keep on front-runner builds.
Worth slotting if she’s in your box and you run pace or front strategies. Don’t burn pulls chasing her when stronger Power cards exist.
